About

I started at the closing table and on the originations floor, moved through default and loss mitigation during the financial crisis, then spent a decade in the bank's executive office building change management and analytics from the ground up. Today I own the digital point of sale platform for home lending, the vendor relationships behind it, and the budget and roadmap that drive it. I completed MIT's program on AI strategy for business and I am leading my domain's adoption of GenAI capabilities.

Experience

- Launched a home equity loan product across 37 states on the digital platform, on time, with full regulatory alignment and no major borrower impacting issues after launch.
- Shipped self serve fee collection and advanced additional front end products into design and build.
- Owns the ~$2M annual technology budget, vendor relationships, SOW negotiations, and invoice reconciliation.
- Leads evaluation of the platform's emerging GenAI capabilities and the internal governance needed to begin integration.
